Online fee payment

Terms and conditions

By paying a college fee online you agree to these terms, for payments made through a payment gateway to any college of the Vivekanandha Educational Institutions.

  1. 01

    Gateway

    Online payment of fees is enabled through payment gateways on behalf of the Vivekanandha Educational Institutions (VEI). The payment gateway service providers have been authorised to process fee payments on behalf of the institutions.

    Accepted modes of payment

    Payment can be made using:

    • Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, etc.)
    • UPI
    • Net banking (selected banks)
  3. 03

    Fees and charges

    The online payment may attract a convenience or transaction fee, which will be displayed before you confirm payment. VEI is not responsible for any charges levied by your bank or card issuer.

    Payment confirmation

    After a successful payment you will receive an electronic receipt by email or SMS. Confirmation of the fee payment is subject to the realisation of funds by the respective colleges in one working day.

  5. 05

    Refund and cancellation

    Fees once paid are non-refundable, except in cases of:

    • Double payment due to a technical error.
    • Transaction failure, but the amount debited from the payer's account.

    For eligible refunds, a written request should be sent to support@vivekanandha.ac.in within 5 days of payment, with proof of the transaction. Refunds will be processed to the original payment source within 7 to 15 working days.

    Privacy and data security

    • All financial transactions are processed securely through VEI servers using encryption technology.
    • VEI does not store or share your credit card, debit card, net banking or UPI details.
    • Personal information collected during payment (like student ID, name, email) is used solely for transaction and record purposes.
  7. 07

    Liability

    VEI shall not be liable for the following:

    • Payment delays due to internet, network or bank server issues.
    • Unauthorised access or misuse of data beyond our control.
    • Technical failure during the payment process.
  8. 08

    Amendments

    VEI reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions without prior notice. Updates will be posted on the official website.

  9. 09

    Governing law

    These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the country, and subject to the jurisdiction of the Tiruchengode, Tamil Nadu courts.
